We carry out sampling and checks on the quantity and quality of sunflower oil following the unloading of the tanker at the refinery. The aim was to determine the actual tonnage of the goods and to provide the relevant documentation.
Representative samples are taken in accordance with recognised methodology, and the results form the basis for laboratory analysis and the final report.
Work procedure
The Agroinspekt team was present throughout the entire unloading process. We took representative samples from several points in the tank in accordance with a methodology adapted to liquid bulk cargoes, and sealed them in the presence of representatives from both contracting parties.
Result
The samples were sent to an independent laboratory, and the results of the analysis were attached to the final report. The client used the report as the basis for settlement under the contract.
